TransCommit tool comes with pre-defined settings that covers majority of use cases. Parameters can be modified based on corporate policies.
Sensitive Data
Sensitive data such as social security, birth data, credit card numbers. It is possible to define rules based on content and filter sensitive data. Rules can be assigned to user-groups in active directory.
Meeting Monitoring
TransCommit can track meeting hours, participants and computer details. The tool may also enter the details of the application used for meetings.
Keystroke Monitoring
The tool offers an option to capture keystroke details with other details like application, the employee and the date and timestamp.
Print Document tracking
The Transcommit tool can save the computer name,employee id, time stamp and the details of the documents that have been printed.
