API
Integrate all functionalities of Transcommit within your own application using our api end-points. Our end points use oauth for security. Restful architecture is used to expose end-points to customers which are flexible and scalable. Developers can follow best practices and document their APIs from a user point of view in order to streamline API exploration. Specific definitions of terms used for applications, responses, methods and resources will help peers understand and understand quickly.
TransCommit Product Suite developed in-house APIs with the Engineering collaboration allowing the servers talking with each other across the locations by enabling easy caching, easy to develop and are implemented via HTTP. Restful Web APIs use markup language JSON and XML which are thoroughly tested using tools like Spring REST Web Service using MVC, Restlet and AXIS / CXF. All the content in the REST architecture is positioned with a resource represented as text files, HTML pages or dynamic data. Every resource is identified centrally as URI (Uniform Resource Identifier). While the REST Server provides access to these resources, REST clients will consume these resources to use less bandwidth. We will provide total assurance to the data for the APIs which are stateless where the client request and response are not dependent on others. We have taken required security measures to overcome the security restrictions inherently by integrating SSL/ TLS based authentications.
